Description
1991, Moor of Rannoc, Scotland. That hill just kept becoking to us, as we, a bunch of danish flatlanders walked through the moor, on this ill-fated trek. We were cold, carrying much too much and bickered, yet loved every last inch of it ...
35 mm camera, scanner, Corel photopaint.

None taken. A long time getting there for the shot.
I know the scan's not of good quality; I really need to get a new scanner.

I try to speak what's on my mind, when I see other people's work.
I find that trying to be nice for nicety's sake is hollow and makes noone richer or better. I do, however restrain myself at times; no reason to make honest working people sad; even though some of the SirGerg copyists have tempted me to post links to Hubble telescope pictrues, I've yet managed to restrain it.
I apologize if that somehow offends you or anyone else. Believe me, I'm not trying to.
That said, I think it rude when people post stuff without taking the five minutes to do it right. We seem to have a deluge of "broken link" posters here. That leads to a slight miffiness, which may be thesource of the "inconsiderateness" you are speaking of?
Or perhaps you'd care to point out a place where you think I've offended you or others wthout reason.

Thanks for the critique, all. When I first posted this, I was certain noone'd ever give it as much as a point or a comment; so much of the work here is absolutely brilliant, and I'm not a pro.
The photo's actually very crisp; the problem's with the scanner; I really need to get myself a better one. This is the result of a couple of hours mucking around with noise, smoothing and moire filters. Couldn't get it any better.
Anyways, thank you for stopping by.
